KTH’s Finance Society welcomes you to Finance Day 2011 – A unique opportunity to meet with some of the most attractive employers within the financial sector.

Finance Day will consist of a traditional career fair were you will meet with both Swedish as International companies whom are there to engage in discussion with you about what different career paths there is within their firm. During the day there will also be held workshops and company presentations. After the fair has closed, a Banquett will be enjoyed on a central located restaurant outside of campus. During this Banquett you will get to engage with the company representatives under a more informal manner.

Schedule

Tuesday, September 20th:
Location: Lecture hall F2, KTH Campus.

15.30: CEO of SEB, Annika Falkengren, visits KTH campus to give a lecture about her career path and the different challenges she has faced during her years within the business.

Wednesday, September 21th:
Location: Sing Sing on KTH Campus, Lindstedtsvägen 30, Stockholm.

11.00: Lecture by Minister for Financial Markets Peter Norman.

12.45: The President of KTH Peter Gudmundson will open the career fair with an introductory speech about his own life experience and networking.

13.00 till 17.30: The career fair will commence and drinks will be served. Workshops will be held simultaneously with the career fair by, SHB and Nordea at 14.00 and 16.00 respectively. Nomura will have a presentation about their firm at 15.00. At 17.30 the career fair closes.

19.00: The Banquett will commence at a secret location in central Stockholm outside of campus. The students will here be given the opportunity to mingle with the company representatives under a more informal manner to enjoy a three course dinner and world class entertainment.

The number of participants for Finance Day will be limited and we therefore command you to apply as soon as possible to ensure yourself of an invitation.

Applications will be screened on a rolling basis. You have to be a member of KTHFS to make your application valid.

Also, include in the email whether or not you want to come to the banquett and if you want to participate in any of the workshops that will be held during the day.

Price for the banquett is SEK 100.
